The University of Warwick would like to appoint a framework of 2-3 suppliers to provide our wide range of travel service requirements.
Included in the service provision will be requirements for air, rail, taxi and sea travel. Hotel accommodation and conference booking will also be required. Support services should include visa and passport application, currency exchange and advice in regards to travel locations.
This contract is for a 3 year period initially, however there will be 2 annual options to extend to a maximum of an extra 2 years. These extension will be based on service to that point and requirements at the time.
