Description of the contract

This contract has been advertised in Horticulture Week, however, the council has extended the date for expressions of interest to be received by 8th February 2013. Last date for clarification from suppliers will be Friday 22nd February. Tenders must be returned by 12Noon, Monday 11th March. Commencement date of the contract will be 1st May 2013 due to the finalisation of an existing contract.
