Places for People Placemaking Ltd are seeking suitably qualified service providers who can deliver a series of regeneration, development and property management related services and supplies to form a Placemaking Hub which will be utilised and owned by Places for People Placemaking Ltd. It is intended that the Framework Agreement will be capable of being used by contracting authorities in the United Kingdom.
Whilst the Placemaking Hub will be offered as a holistic approach it is our intention to separate this into three distinct procurement procedures.
Strategic Consultancy — services will be separated into Lots to include: masterplanning and architecture, town planning, engineering, environmental technologies and sustainability, landscape architecture and ecology, sales, marketing and lettings, digital infrastructure and SMART cities consultancy, construction and technical advisory.
Regional Consultancy (Dynamic Purchasing System) — services will be separated into Lots to include: masterplanning and architecture, engineering, environmental technologies and sustainability, landscape architecture and ecology, sales, marketing and lettings, construction and technical advisory.
Strategic Managed Services — services will be separated into Lots to include: housing, tenancy, leaseholder and private rented sector management, development advisory, digital infrastructure and SMART cities solution design and provision.

Using our knowledge, expertise and added value service offering, we want to create a platform where public bodies such as Local Authorities can compliantly and immediately access all the services required to facilitate the development of mixed tenure housing and all that a community needs to thrive within in it.
Placemaking goes way beyond the planning and delivery of the built environment; effective neighbourhood and tenancy management services, ICT solutions, neighbourhood assessment and reporting, community capacity building and asset and investment management strategies will all contribute to the long term success of a place.
In the same way our Placemaking Hub will go further; it can bridge this gap and provide a route to market for the public sector for cost effective, high quality and compliantly procured regeneration, development and property management related services and supplies. It will competitively market test all of the services required to deliver our Placemaking approach so that other contracting authorities can access it too. It will offer an end-to-end service; from the initial conceptual stages, through physical delivery and management of all tenures.
In order to deliver our Placemaking approach there will be a substantial range of skills that accompany such a potentially diverse range of activities. Whilst the Placemaking Hub will be offered as a holistic approach it is our intention to separate this into three distinct procurement procedures — Strategic Consultancy, Regional Consultancy (Dynamic Purchasing System) and Strategic Managed Services.
Contracting Authorities named in the OJEU Contract Notice will be able to ‘plug in and play’ by calling-off services from individual lots or accessing the intelligent client of Places for People Placemaking Limited as a Joint Venture partner with its compliant supply chain which supports it.

Strategic Managed Services
Places for People Placemaking Ltd are seeking to appoint a number of development, regeneration and property management consultants and providers that consistently meet the highest professional levels of performance and conduct. The providers will need to deliver high quality services across a number of areas, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of the public sector environment.
Selected providers will be required to develop strategic partnerships with framework clients across the United Kingdom and the capability to support a whole range of projects from the small to the large and technically complex or multi-faceted.
