The primary objective of this tender process is to secure best value for the University of Exeter Business School in procuring advertising space to promote the Business School’s portfolio of programmes.
The University of Exeter is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experience media buying agencies which are able to supply the University Group all aspects of sourcing, purchasing and monitoring the effectiveness of media space booked for the University of Exeter Business School according to the strategic priorities of the School. In any specialist area in which your company does not have expertise in-house, there must be clear arrangements for advising the University how expertise will be obtained.
The University of Exeter Business School competes in highly competitive regional, national and international markets and the advertising undertaken on behalf of the School is crucial in delivering a series of complex messages to different stakeholders with whom the School wishes to communicate. These include potential students at all levels of study (and their sponsors), the corporate audience, professional bodies, potential employees, alumni and other business schools with whom we may wish to engage. In short, our media purchasing is fundamental in projecting our vision to the outside world.
The contract will be for a period of one year with the opportunity to extend for one further year subject to satisfactory performance.
