The University of Birmingham invites tenders for the supply of Lot 1 – Digital Marketing and Lot 2 – Advertising services. The intention is to establish a framework agreement with suitably qualified Supplier(s) who will provide selected Marketing Services needs that cannot be met in-house by its own provision or where additional knowledge and expertise is required. The requirement shall be split into two Lots, Supplier(s) will be able to submit a response for either one or both Lots detailing which Lot(s) they are tendering for.
The Marketing Services provider(s) will be required to:
Lot 1 — Digital Marketing
Pitch for services (digital strategy, digital web and app development, digital content production, SEM, SEO, email and sms campaigns, and online analytics) that cannot be met in-house due to expertise or capacity, or where external funding requires a non-University of Birmingham solution.
Lot 2 — Advertising Services
Provide a strategic media buying service that covers digital, outdoor, TV and radio across the University. Provide planning meetings to agree each campaign or programme, providing regular performance reviews and reporting tools that provide real time updates.
