The Services will mainly comprise, but are not limited to, consultancy associated with the following:
— Project Management and Employer Agent Services;
— Cost Consultant (Quantity Surveying);
— Principle Designer (Health and Safety Adviser);
— Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (inc. Fire Engineering and Sustainability);
— Civil and Structural Engineering Services.

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) (The Regulations) provide for aggrieved Parties who have been harmed or who are at risk of harm by breach of The Regulations to bring proceedings in the Royal Courts of Justice. Any such proceedings must be brought within the limitation period specified by The Regulations according to the remedy sought.
