Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: The University is seeking to establish a purchasing framework agreement to provide the University of Warwick with a full range of catering services for events held at its London offices located in the Shard. It is anticipated that we will appoint 2 to 3 suppliers to this framework contract.
The Contract will be for a term of 2 years plus an option to extend for 1 further year, subject to reviews and satisfactory service performance. The university reserves the right to extend the award of the contract for a further 1 year following the initial 3 year period without further advertisement.
