Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, intends to put in place a concession contract for the supply and management of a utilities procurement engine and the management of a Dynamic Purchasing System. This will allow public sector customers to compare and switch energy tariffs and suppliers.

Initially, the service will offer switching of gas and/or electricity products. This could be extended to other utilities in the future.

List and brief description of conditions:

Bidders will be assessed in accordance with Section 5 of the 2015 Public Contract Regulations (implementing the Directive) on the basis of information provided in response to a Bid Pack.

This procurement will be managed electronically via the Crown Commercial Services eSourcing Suite. To participate in this procurement, participants must first be registered on the eSourcing Suite.
