The Highland Council are inviting applications from suitably qualified, competent, capable and experienced service providers who may wish to be considered for inclusion on the Councils tender list for the contract hire of passenger vehicles (including 4x4s & mini buses) and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5t which may or may not require conversion or are subject to operating licence requirements. Also includes the contract hire of commercial vehicles above 3.5t and below 7.5t which may or may not require conversion.

The Council will analyse the responses to the PQQ in accordance with Regulations 23, 24, 25 and 26 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012, to identify those Applicants that have the economic and financial standing and technical or professional ability to deliver the Project. Rejection shall be automatic unless the potential bidder is able demonstrate business, technical, and financial capacity and propriety in respect of all of these requirements in relations to the provision of services forming the subject of the potential bidder’s expression of interest.
