Motion picture and video production services. Advertising, propaganda and information film and videotape production. The University of Bath is seeking one or more suppliers to provide Video Production Services (on the basis of a framework agreement).
The framework agreement will be divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1: Promotional video communications for External Audiences. Examples include student recruitment; demonstration of research impact; philanthropic fund-raising; advertising of the University’s conference and other commercial activities.
Lot 2: Video communications for Internal Audiences. Examples include the Chancellor’s Installation Ceremony; graduation ceremonies.
Providers can bid for one or both of the above Lots.
The contract term will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years to be reviewed year on year and subject to agreement by both parties.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.
