II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

provision of visitor and security services at the Royal Hospital Chelsea (RHC) For The Period 1 December 2015 to 30 November 2020, with options to extend to 30 November 2022. the RHC requires all aspects of visitor and security services, including, but not limited to, reception, static gate manning, patrols, event security, alarm monitoring and response, to be undertaken in support of the daily operations at a 66 acre heritage site in London on a 24/7 365 day basis.. The principal duties are:
— providing a professional, well informed, first point of contact;
— providing directions or escort service for official visitors to RHC;
— managing car parking on site;
— monitoring security, safety and fire alarm systems;
— telephone switchboard operation;
— control and issue of site keys;
— provision of a patrol programme of all buildings and grounds;
— providing a first aid response service;
— management of emergency response equipment;
— provision of event security as required.
The full service required will be detailed in the tender documentation.

Range: between 600 000 and 800 000 GBP
