The indicative Maximum Contract Value for each contract will be no greater than 500 000 GBP. Payments are calculated according to the National SFA rates as detailed on the Learning Aim Reference Service (LARS) website and the College’s Supply Chain Fees and Charges Policy and therefore prices and costing submissions are not required (see https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/individualised-learner-record-ilr-sources-of-data). All payments are subject to milestones and satisfactory review of performance.
