The Framework will be let for a three year period (with an option to extend for a further 1 x 12 month period) intended to commence 1.10.2015.The framework will consist of two LOTs as detailed below.

The framework will be available to all members of the PAE details of who can be found by accessing www.paessex.gov.uk and will comprise of no more than eight contractors on each LOT of which Greenfields will then select a contractor from both/either LOT(s) to carry out the service for Greenfields.

LOT 1 VOID Cleaning and Clearance
The LOT will include but not limited to provide cleaning and clearance services to void properties and gardens. Works may also be required on occasions in occupied properties and communal areas.
LOT 2 Communal Cleaning
The LOT will include providing scheduled cleaning in communal areas of occupied residential flats.

LOT 1 VOID Cleaning and Clearance
The LOT will include but not limited to provide cleaning and clearance services to void properties and gardens. Works may also be required on occasions in occupied properties and communal areas.
The contractor will also be required to provide an out of hour’s service in response to include but not limited to, cleaning up any bodily fluid spills, sharps clearances and removal and disposal of animal excrement within a building. This service is to be provided on site within 2 hours of instructions being passed by Greenfields (or PAE member) or it’s out of hour’s agent.
The successful contractor will attend evictions as and when instructed by Greenfields (or PAE member) create and keep a record of contents and their condition, pack these up, load onto own vehicle and move the resident’s belongings to either a storage facility or alternative address. The contractor will be responsible for unloading at the storage/new residence but will not be required to unpack the resident’s belongings on arrival. The contractor may also be called upon to move personal possessions in domestic settings, where a requirement has arisen through flooding, tenant property downsizing or a decant move.
LOT 2 Communal Cleaning
The LOT will include providing scheduled cleaning in communal areas of occupied residential flats in but not limited to, the following areas,

Foyer, lobby and landing areas

Main entrance, side and rear door areas

Stairway and stairwells, including hand rails

Doormats

Internal glazing

Shute rooms and bin stores

Walls and communal doors.
