This contract requires the installation of a VOIP telephone system at NIABTAG HQ, regional offices and home workers.
For the regional offices we require a review of all current data communications to ensure that bandwidth is adequate to meet phone and data requirements. All regional and home worker telephones should be channeled through a central switchboard located at NIABTAG HQ.
The system should be able to accommodate the existing Innovation Farm and Research VOIP systems.
