This procurement event is for WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi support services to NGN’s offices and depots and for unified communications.
The tender will include:
— The delivery, support and provision of the WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi services;
— Provision of a managed WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi service, including agreed service levels for availability and issue response and resolve times;
— Usage reports enabling bandwidth flexing in line with agreed service levels;
— The monthly billing for usage of the lines, including reporting on usage and billing;
— Establishing and supporting a Unified Communications solution for NGN, utilising the investments already made in Office 365 and the Mitel platform;
— Clear and competitive commercial rates for the use and optimisation of the lines.
NGN have 3 major office locations, 9 depots and have 4 major data centres. In addition this service will include network links to other organisations that NGN work with. Further details of these will be shared at the RFI stage.
During the procurement event, suppliers will be required to demonstrate their billing and reporting solutions to NGN as well as the proposed approach for service transition and operational support.
