Description of the goods or services required

River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a Registered Social Landlord responsible for the management of some 7000 homes all located within the Inverclyde area.

We are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to carry out Water Quality Management Services for properties that are under our control.

Although the scope of works is greater than just the control of Legionella, as a pre-requisite, any company who wishes to be considered for the contract must hold current membership of the Legionella Control Association (LCA)

The contract will run for an initial 2 year period. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for a further 2, 12 month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder(s).

Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
