The objectives of this contract will entail the Installation, maintenance and provision of all equipment and support necessary to allow the Council to web cast live and archived meetings to the public. This will include cameras and control equipment in the meeting rooms and the ability to upload the video footage to a publicly accessible website which will need to be provided by the service provider working collaboratively with the Council on the web design. London Borough of Tower Hamlets Site Visit
The Council intends on holding a site visit inspection on the following dates:
Date: Monday 17th August 2015
Time: 12.00pm-14:30pm
Place: Tower Hamlets Mulberry Place Town Hall.
And
Date: Wednesday 19th August 2015
Time: 9.00am-11.00am
Place: Tower Hamlets Mulberry Place Town Hall.
The Purpose of this event is to allow suppliers to make an informed decision by inspecting the rooms where the equipment will need to be installed.
To book a place to attend the site visit, please submit your expression of interest to Lynne Spillett atLynne.Spillett@towerhamlets.gov .uk and confirm the following details:
1. Preferred Date to attend the site visit
2. The number of people looking to attend
3. Names and contact details including phone number and address and email address
Once registered, you will be sent an email notification for registration of a place to inspect the site.

The anticipated contract start date is: Monday, 14 September 2015
The estimated value of the contract is:
£78,000 Total Cost

For a period of: Contract Duration is for a period of 24 Months with a potential for a further extension for 12 Months.

Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract. The council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal.
Tenderers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their ITT/PQQ. The Council accepts no liability whatsoever for ITT/PQQs that are not submitted due to internet connectivity issues, transmission delays or errors.
