The Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman’s Office requires the following:
1. A new design for the Ombudsman’s Office website,
2. Development of the new website,
3. A CMS to allow Ombudsman staff to update the website,
4. A simple but secure complaint recording system (online complaint form),
5. The provision of analytical tools for the provision of statistics and other information on how the new website is used, by whom, etc.
6. The provision of training in how to use the CMS, in use of analytical tools and how to manage the website,
7. Hosting of the website.
