The EHRC seeks to appoint a proactive, dynamic Digital Development Agency, that will provide website hosting, support and maintenance as well as driving the next phase of site improvements. The requirements can be broken down into three areas of

2. Improvement in User experience;
3. Project Specific Development.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. The duration of the contract will be for 24 months initially with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
