The Open University needs to continue to optimise the current recruitment sites developing and implementing strategies for Optimisation of content, UX, design, accessibility and SEO visibility. Ensuring content across the site meets Business and Customer needs whilst being engaging, relevant, persuasive and on brand.

The Open University is looking to appoint an agency that can work with the in house digital teams. To support the ongoing development and optimisation of the OU Homepage and our current recruitment sites. To also support the development of a new mobile first personalised website medium term and a new registration pathway.

In 2018 we will look to launch a new website and recruitment journey.

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into.
