CITB wishes to procure a framework with multiple suppliers appointed, to provide a full range of website usability testing and support services to CITB’s digital team to ensure compliance with the EU web Accessibility Directive, Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Design guidelines for public sector websites, and digital industry best practice.
