The Contract is to be a Framework Agreement. There are two contracting LOTS available as follows and suppliers can make submissions for one or both Lots.
Lot 1 Southern area.
Lot 2 Northern area.

The contracting authority reserve the right to require groupings of service providers to take a particular legal form or to require a single provider to take primary liability or to require each party to undertake joint and several liability. authority are looking for a prime contractor to deliver each of the individual lot requirements.
