There are two pieces of work detailed below under separate contract headings.
Data Network Services.
Hanover is seeking to reduce the cost of its Wide Area Network (WAN) solution whilst in parallel ensuring that business productivity is maximised through a stable, reliable and resilient infrastructure. Further to this, the ability to forge a professional on-going relationship with the successful supplier(s) and for the supplier(s) to ensure that Hanover’s needs, both current and future, are pro-actively discussed in a bid to ensure Hanover meets all desired IS related business goals.
ISDN Lines, PSTN Lines and Call Traffic.
The provision of ISDN/PSTN lines and call billing is currently managed by a 3rd party. The details below provide indicative figures for the volumes covered under this contract. Essentially it is anticipated that a move to another supplier for the services below, could be achieved in a straightforward manner, avoiding all disruption and any loss of service.

Description of particular conditions: Under this contract the service provider and its supply chain will be required to actively participate in the achievement of social and/or environmental policy objectives relating to recruitment and training and supply chain initiatives.
