Wiltshire Council is seeking to commission new Housing Related Support contracts for customers who need an element of support to enable them to maintain a tenancy and live independently.

The service will ensure that a person centred approach is undertaken at all times which promotes the independence of customers, the achievement of outcomes and a reduced dependency upon statutory services. Wiltshire Council will publish the tender packs on a national portal on the next working day in the United Kingdom (UK) following the publication of this notice. Lot 1 is to support High Risk Offenders in appropriate premises. The main aims of the Service are to enable male High Risk Offenders of 18 years and over to successfully transition from an offending institution and integrate into the community; and to support the Authority in the discharge of Swindon and Wiltshire’s Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements.

Schemes will need to engage with and motivate young people with a range of needs including challenging behaviour and the majority of the budget has been allocated to the provision of high support places in recognition of this.
