Wiltshire Council is seeking to commission new Healthwatch and service user engagement contracts. Lot 1; Healthwatch Wiltshire is the independent consumer champion for health and social care in the county. Lot 2; Service user engagement provides Wiltshire Council and Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Groups customers with a variety of opportunities to have input into adult care work for example, by consulting on specific adult care commissioning work. The council is looking to award contracts for a 3 years period (with a possible extension of a further 2 years). This tender will follow the light touch procedure (PCR 2015 Regulation 75).
