The contract(s) are for the provision of window cleaning services across the University Estate.

This requirement is split into two (2) Lots:

Lot 1 covers the traditional (non-specialist) cleaning of external and internal windows across City, Walsall, Telford Campuses and University of Wolverhampton Science Park. The Lot 1 Contract will be awarded to a single Contractor.

Lot 2 covers window cleaning to those buildings which require specialist access techniques i.e. rope-access predominantly located at City Campus. The Lot 2 Contract will be awarded to a single Contractor.

Tenderers can only apply for a single Lot. Tenderers cannot apply for both Lot 1 and Lot 2.
