Greater Manchester Combined Authority as the Contracting Authority for Greater Manchester Police (‘the Authority’) are seeking bids for the provision of Window Cleaning for Greater Manchester Police (GMP) And Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMCA).
The service consists of the internal and external window cleaning of all premises detailed in the Schedule located within the Tender documents.
No Volume or Value of orders will be guaranteed in respect of this contract.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
This Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) has been issued by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority as the Contracting Authority for Greater Manchester Police (‘the Authority’). This is a competitive procurement using the Restricted Procedure (2 stage process) in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

For an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years (either incrementally or as a single extension) subject to performance, value for money and ongoing operational requirements.

The short-list will be determined by the ranking of bidders according to the overall score achieved in the SSQ evaluation, and by selecting a finite number of bidders from those who ranked highest.
It is expected that 6 (six) tenderers will be shortlisted and be invited to submit a tender. However, GMP reserves the right to short-list fewer or more suppliers, either due to the spread of scores or where there is another justifiable reason to do so.

This tender process is being conducted through the Bluelight e-tendering portal.
