The Programme of Works may include as appropriate to the requirements of the individual properties:- External communal features such as glazed windows, porches, balcony panels, balcony canopies,doors, conservatories, automatic opening vents (smoke vents), photovoltaic units, bike sheds and smoking shelters. Gutter clearing may also be included where it is considered necessary.
