CONTRACT DETAIL:

Wirral Borough Council’s Lifelong and Family Learning Service has been allocated funding from the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) for revenue projects for Neighbourhood Learning, for which the Council would like to contract providers to design and deliver innovative adult learning courses for the academic year 2014 – 2015.

 

Programmes will be non-accredited with identified guided learning hours, focused on adults aged 19+ years residing in Wirral.

 

The maximum budget is £100,000 per annum. It is envisaged that this will support in the region of 10 projects.

 

To ensure a varied range of projects are offered to accommodate different learner requirements, the Council reserves the right to award any number of projects to one or more Provider.

You will need to go to the “my opportunities section” on the home page of the CHEST and follow the instructions as a supplier to enable you to download the documents and return your submission. User Guides are also available via the “Help” section on The Chest.

You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates. Please refer to previously asked questions before asking a question as duplicate questions will not be answered. IT IS THE TENDERERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY VIEW THESE SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.

 

Tenderers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadline specified. Tenderers responses must be fully submitted via The Chest no later than the deadline specified. Submissions may be excluded if they are received after the specified closing date and time. For the avoidance of doubt, the time registered is when a tenderer presses the final “Submit” button and will be based on the Due North Server time. IT IS THE TENDERERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO SUBMIT THEIR RESPONSE. THE AUTHORITY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS RECEIVED LATE.
