Description of the contract

Project CAESAR is required to deliver a robust and sustainable Weapons Ordinance Munitions and Explosives (WOME) technical assurance (TA) capability that fully meets the requirements for the MOD and Other Government Departments (OGD). Presently MoD wishes to make use of WOME technical capability in order to complete the production of two documents. This will involve: a) Review of the CAESAR User Requirement Document (URD) Issue 2 and the provision of a report with respect to its completeness, accuracy and suitability for use as the basis for generation of a Systems Requirement Document (SRD). The SRD will underpin the statement of work for contracting for private sector WOME TA services. b) Production of a CAESAR SRD that will describe the “design solution” and which must be validated against the URD.
