Worcestershire County Council wishes to commission a Lead Provider to deliver a new open access Integrated Sexual Health Service within Worcestershire.
The aim of the new Integrated Sexual Health Service is to encourage the local population to achieve and maintain positive health and well-being as a result of positive sexual health behaviour. The service will have a major focus on greater prevention, health promotion and self-management, and will encourage people to make safe and healthy lifestyle choices in relation to their sexual health.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: In accordance with regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulation 2006 (as amended) the contracting authorities will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar days standstill period at the point information on the contract award decision is communicated to tenderers. Part 9 of the Public Contract Regulations 2009 (as amended) provides for economic operators who have been harmed or are at risk of by breach of the regulations to take legal action. Any such action must be brought within the applicable limitation period. The purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow an economic operator to apply the Court to set aside the award decision before the contract is entered into.
