— — outdoor,

— Pre-Testing of the concepts and preliminary executions on a representative sample of the target audience.

Yorkshire Water’s Communications department requires the services creative agency/company to provide the following services:

1) Campaign Development: To briefs given by YWS. YWS requires the following services from the services provider:

— develop campaign concepts to meet target audience and KPI’s,

— recommend channel choice based on budget – these could include:

— — stunts,

What YWS expects from the Service Provider:

— use insight to ensure relevant customers are reached and KPI’s met,

— presentations on developed concepts with a rationale to meet target audience and KPI’s,

— a detailed full de-briefing of the pre-testing results,

— cost-effectiveness,

— innovative creative ideas that meet changing industry trends.

2) Campaign Execution: YWS requires the following services from the service provider:

— ability to execute concepts via a full mix of channels, traditional and On-line channels,

— media buying and negotiation across the mix of channels to secure the best price and reach,

— liaison with printers and third-party suppliers for all elements of campaign execution,

— reporting and evaluation.

The purpose of YWS requiring these service is for the following reasons:

— to achieve campaign KPI’s which could be regulatory targets, behavioral change targets, awareness,

— engage with customers to promote key business messages or drive certain behaviors,

— raise awareness of the brand with the target audience.

3) Marketing support. YWS requires the following services from the service provider:

— operational literature creation – leaflets/calling cards/bill inserts and messages,

— Brand support – This can be varied depending upon projects ongoing in the business. For example:

— — creation of signage,

— — van branding,

— — office branding,

— — internal templates / reports,

— — creation of artwork to help demonstrate company messages,

— — photo shoots,

— — videos,

— — e-newsletters.

— industry best practice advice and innovation.

The purpose of YWS requiring these services are for the following reasons:

— to ensure our communications with customers are on brand and easily understandable for the customer,

— to ensure our brand is managed correctly internally and externally, therefore, protecting the reputation of the company,

— to ensure we have the correct brand assets to use as a communications team.
