Construction Work – Bishop Hall Properties Limited (BHP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anglia Ruskin University. BHP, on behalf of Anglia Ruskin University, invites expressions of interest, in accordance with this notice, to submit tenders in respect of the development of the Young Street site for Anglia Ruskin University including facilities for teaching rooms and administration and a new lecture theatre.
The planning application reference is no. 11/1169/FUL.
Demolition and the first phase of the development are being undertaken under separate contract.
Scope includes completion of design and the construction of two new three storey buildings of approximately 1300 m² and 1150 m² respectively. These 2 buildings may be developed simultaneously or separately and the contract may include one or both buildings. Phase 3 may precede phase 2.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 6 000 000 and 6 500 000 GBP
