The Contractor will be responsible for all services associated with ensuring the Housing Executive maintains its ISO certifications. A number of Housing Executive departments currently hold ISO certification (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015) whilst others have expressed an interest in becoming certified. Each certification is independent of the others.

The Housing Executive may or may not require similar ISO services and/or standards in excess of those quoted within the Specification, up to a value of 200 000 GBP. The housing executive does not guarantee any level of expenditure. The value quoted within this notice is for the full term of the contract, including any extensions that may be taken up. It is not an annual value.

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive incorporated a 10 calendar days standstill period from the point information on the contract award was communicated to tenderers in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. A contract was not entered into during this period. Appeal procedures are specified in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
