Education and training services. Research and development services and related consultancy services. Sporting services. Sport England are seeking to appoint multiple suppliers to a framework for Educational Advisers to support the Access to Schools Educational Advisors are required to work alongside national and regional officers in the delivery of Access to Schools Intervention.
A critical success factor to the delivery of this intervention is the engagement of educationalists to advocate the benefits and identify barriers to opening up school facilities to the community to Headteachers and Business Managers.
Sport England wishes to appoint advisers with specific skill sets and experience in the following areas:
— education and sporting landscape,
— headship / teacher / senior management in an education establishment,
— advocacy, negotiation and leadership,
— strategic relationships,
— Local Authority / Government Departments / Ofsted / Funding Agencies and Sporting Bodies.
Sport England anticipates approximately 12 mini competitions per annum ranging in values between £2 500 – £35 000.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.
