The services to be delivered by the supplier consist of the delivery of 1-day workshops which enable leaders in the middle of Network Rail whose behaviour has a direct and significant impact on people who are most at risk of injury on the railway to achieve and maintain a greater sense of ‘risk awareness’.
The course material and objectives are provided by Network Rail and the requirement is for the National delivery of approximately 50 courses in each of one or more of 3 regions. (Approximately 150 courses).
The Supplier will also be required to provide ‘train the trainer’ training to NR staff.
