Central and Eastern Cheshire PCT, Cheshire East Council and Cheshire Drug Action Team are acting on behalf of public health to provide an addiction recovery service at HM Prison Styal, Cheshire and support services to women following their release back into the community. This is a contract agreement process and NHS Wirral PCT will seek to find a suitably qualified provider on behalf of the commissioning groups to deliver the services outlined in the service specification. All providers who wish to provide the service are invited to apply and must demonstrate compliance and capability as per the criteria. The service being procured under this contract agreement will be Part B services, for the purposes of Public Regulations 2006. The Contracting Authority and the commissioning organisations will ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the principles of openness, transparency, equal treatment and non-discrimination.
