This is an electronic tender via the Council’s ProContract eTender system. All organisations interested in this tender should register an expression of interest agains this contract online at www.neporportal.org, Tender Reference 9PAJ-B8HZPH. All tender documents are available via this portal. The Council will be using the Open Procurement Procedure and completed tenders must be returned before 12:00 on 12.11.2014 in accordance with the ITT instructions. As part of the tender process Sunderland City Council intend to hold a supplier briefing on 13.10.2014 at 13.30 at Sunderland City Council, Civic Centre, Burdon Road, Sunderland, SR2 7DN, Committee Room 3. Please arrive by 13.15 for a 13.30 start.

The aim of the briefing is to provide advice on submitting a compliant bid, there will also be opportunity to ask some questions. You should confirm your intention to attend direct to julie.rogerson@sunderland.gov.uk by no later than 10.10.2014.

The period of this framework will be 4 years.
The framework agreement will operate to support Sunderland City Council’s requirements primarily but may also be used by any other UK contracting authority (as defined in Article 1(9) of Directive 2004/18/EC and implemented by Regulation 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5)) or its agent(s).
