The aim of this service is to reduce the harms caused by alcohol and drug use including problems relating to physical and mental health, family life, housing, employment, and offending behaviour.
The service will engage, motivate and facilitate positive change in people who are using drugs or alcohol and experiencing some level of harm or dependency, in order improve their quality of life and to prevent the development of more complex dependency and related issues.
Lot 2 — Structured Treatment
The aim of this service is to reduce the harms caused by alcohol and drug use including problems relating to physical and mental health, family life, housing, employment, and offending behaviour.
Lot 3 — Recovery Support
The aim of this service is to reduce the harms caused by alcohol and drug use including problems relating to physical and mental health, family life, housing, employment, and offending behaviour.
The service will support and enable recovering service users to overcome barriers to resettlement and reintegration into communities and employment, including stigma as well as individual issues such as confidence, inexperience and educational needs.

You will find the tender documents by looking under Stockport Council in the Current Opportunities section. Tenders are to be returned by uploading onto the CHEST Portal. The Chest Reference number is 9TTF-N9OFFQ. Tenderers are required to comply with the instructions in the tender documents. The Contract will be for an initial 5 years, from 1.10.2015-30.9.2020 with the option to extend for 1 year plus 1 year until September 2022 (subject to funding) Closing date and time for the submission of tenders is 7.4.2015 at 16:00 hrs.
