Craven College with to appoint suitably qualified and experienced subcontractors to support the responsive delivery of adult learning services.
The overall contract value remaining for the 2018/19 delivery period is 250 000 GBP.
It is expected that a minimum of 2 suppliers will be contracted for this period. Additional funding may be released subject to agreement, satisfactory performance, quality standards achieved and outcomes for up to a 3 year basis.
This college desire is to contract with organisations who can demonstrate and evidence that they are truly “outreaching” and engaged with “communities of need”.
Service delivery is expected to commence as soon as possible in January/February 2019 and achieved by the 31.7.2019. A phased qualification delivery “Carry-in” to 2019/20 may be allowed subject to performance, quality standards achieved, outcomes and agreement.

The Authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
