The lots are as follows:
1. Odour Masking Chemcial.
2. Odour Neutralising Chemcial.
3. Mobile Dosing Equipment Hire.
4. Mobile Dosing Equpiment Purchase.
It is anticipated that two Frameworks Agreements will be awarded to cover all the requirements above. However, chemical provision only or equipment only will be considered.

Description of particular conditions: The Odour Control Agents provided under this Framework Agreement must meet the following:
1. Be 100 % non-toxic and safe to breathe as confirmed in writing by a certified toxicologist.
2. Be environmentally friendly as confirmed in writing by a certified toxicologist.
3. Be non-irritant as confirmed by cytotoxicity testing using Hazard Identification Method (MK-24-007-0023).
5. Inhibit the growth of water borne pathogens such as legionella as evidenced by appropriate laboratory testing
