Non-scheduled air transport services. The Authority has a requirement commencing 1 October 2012 to move passengers and freight between the UK, Ascension Island and the Falkland Islands as a routine schedule service on a wide-bidied aircraft, freight will be PCF compatible. An essential part of this service is to provide an aermed stretcher facility. Initially the Authority will require a service to be provided until 30.9.2013 with potential for options to extend for further additional one year periods.
