Alcohol Misuse Contract Leicestershire

Alcohol Misuse Customer Journey Mapping. REFERENCE PF/AMCJM/2012

Awarding body Leicestershire County Council

Est. value

£5,000

Est. Start Date: 14/05/2012
Est. End Date: 22/06/2012

Description

A series of Customer Journey Maps where alcohol
misuse has been identified as a key factor
affecting an individuals life.

The purpose of this qualitative research is to seek
a greater understanding of the personal journey,
access to services and experience of support that
individuals with substance misuse have had.

There are at least 15 potential journey types
associated with alcohol misuse that could be
developed, but it may be that an individual may
have crossed over and perhaps in and out of
journey types. Following the completion of the
first three customer journeys a decision will be
made regarding if and when the remaining
customer journey mapping will be progressed.

We will utilise the journey maps as story boards
that can inform future service developments for
both Substance Misuse provision and the Troubled
Families Programme in Leicestershire.
