This will be assessed in the response to tender questionnaire, but will include an evaluation of statement of the Company’s overall turnover and the turnover related to similar activities to be covered by this agreement for the previous financial years. In addition to Purchase prices, tenderers will be requested to offer other payment options, over a 5 year period,;for example under a lease agreement. Payment will be as per Aston University’s standard terms and condition, which are the end of the calendar month following the month in which services are performed provided a correct invoice is received. All bidders will be required to agree to this.
