The University of Stirling is seeking a contractor for the window replacement of the Andrew Stewart Hall residences.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The University will only accept bids from companies able to comply with the following requirements.

Failure to provide the following will result in your offer being considered non-compliant.

– Statement of compliance with the Programme timescale (see part 4 of this document)

– Insurance: The Company must show evidence of a certificate or the possibility to provide Employer’s liability Insurance of 5M GBP as a minimum. Bidders are not required to have the relevant insurance in place at the time of bidding but will have to provide documented evidence that they have the required level if successful.

– Quality Assurance: Submission of an Internal Quality Assurance Policy or an Iso9001 certificate.

– Health & Safety: Submission of a Health & Safety Policy.

– Conviction of criminal offences and Business probity: As stated in the Supplier Questionnaire.
