The successful tenderer’s certification and accreditation shall be maintained for the duration of the contract period.

The objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates is detailed in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. The objective criteria is in accordance with clauses 23, 24, 25 and 26, Selection of Economic Operators, Public Contacts (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
Each submitted Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will be assessed. It is intended to invite all Organisations that meet the minimum requirements of suitability to do business with.
