Description of the goods or services requiredWishaw and District Housing Association is seeking to appoint a consultant surveyor to undertake a stock condition survey of its tenanted properties and provide fully costed 30 year maintenance projections. The survey will include an assessment of the energy efficiency of the properties. Survey sample is 20% of the Association’s tenanted stock of 980 properties.
