Edinburgh Printmakers is currently located in premises at 23 Union Street, Edinburgh but have now outgrown the building and now plan to develop a new world class facility supporting artistic excellence in the medium of print. This will involve the redevelopment of the only remaining building of the North British Rubber Company at Fountainbridge in Edinburgh. The Grade C Listed building dates from 1894 and is currently in poor condition and is on the Buildings at Risk Register.
