Description of the goods or services required

SFT is seeking to appoint a legal adviser for a term of three years to deliver the services narrated in the ITT. The legal adviser is being appointed primarily to deliver the general legal advice that SFT and its subsidiaries (currently Scottish Futures Trust Investments Limited) as corporate entities.
