Description of the goods or services required

East Ayrshire Leisure Trust require to appoint a professional organisation to produce the seasonal pantomime. The Trust’s aim is to further improve the reputation and standard of our pantomime to meet increasing customer demand. The Service Provider shall be responsible for staging the seasonal pantomime at the Palace Theatre, Kilmarnock. The required service shall be inclusive of all performances, all rehearsals, promotional activities as agreed with the Theatre Management and the provision of necessary staff as detailed in the tender documents. For Season 2014 the Pantomime title is to be Aladdin which falls in with the cyclical nature of previous shows. It is a strong selling title and pre-selection of the title will allow early sales of the show in keeping with current practices of the venue.

Additional Information

All tenderers expressing an interest will be invited to tender. Expressions of Interest must be made via the Public Contracts Scotland website – this will be conducted as an eTender, therefore tender documents must be downloaded, completed and uploaded again via the Public Contracts Scotland website. Expressions of Interest and downloading of documents must be made by 12 noon on 21 October 2013 with tender submissions uploaded by 12 noon on 23 October 2013 – no late expressions of interest can be accepted.

No late tender submissions can be accepted and tenderers must ensure they allow sufficient time to upload their submissions via the website in case there are any technical problems. Public Contracts Scotland helpdesk must be contacted immediately if there are any problems, and in any event before the deadline of 12 noon.
